1. What makes your sculptures unique?
Each sculpture is designed by Chiara Rossetti and individually hand-crafted by the skilled artists of the Rossetti Art studio, made with high-quality materials such as resin, metal, stone, or mixed media. Every piece is designed and sculpted by hand, closely following Chiara's original concept.
2. Do you offer free shipping for sculptures?
Yes! We provide free worldwide shipping. Sculptures are packaged with professional protective materials, wooden crates (for larger pieces), and insured for safe delivery.
3. How long does delivery take?
Since sculptures are made-to-order and require special packaging, shipping usually takes a little longer than canvas prints.
We typically process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
USA & Canada , Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand : 5–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–15 business days
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
4. What if my sculpture arrives damaged?
No worries! All shipments are insured. Please send us photos of the damage, and we will replace or repair the sculpture, depending on the situation.
5. What is your return policy?
Because sculptures are hand-crafted, made-to-order artworks, we're not able to accept returns or refunds outside of damage or delivery issues. This reflects the individual work that goes into producing each piece.
6. Will my sculpture look exactly like the photos online?
Each sculpture is hand-crafted, so small variations in texture, finish, or color tones may occur, as part of genuine handmade work. We use professional photography to represent the artwork as accurately as possible.
7. Do sculptures arrive ready to display?
Yes. All sculptures come fully finished, sealed, and ready to display. Larger works may include a custom base or mounting system for stability.
8. Can I order a custom sculpture?
Yes! We accept commissions for custom sculptures in specific sizes, materials, or styles. Simply contact us at support@rossettiart.com to discuss your idea — Chiara designs each commission personally, and it is hand-crafted by the studio under her supervision.
9. How are sculptures certified?
Every sculpture comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the Rossetti Art studio, verifying the title, material, and dimensions of the piece.
10. Do you offer installment payments or gallery partnerships?
We can discuss flexible payment options for collectors on request. Galleries and interior designers interested in partnerships can contact us for exclusive collaboration opportunities.
